I like to make things work. I have been building websites on Squarespace for over seven years and know my way around the platform. I singlehandedly work with clients on all aspects of their web-birth: from defining the brand message, gathering content, and writing copy, through the entire build and design process, and finally training the client for a seamless handoff. The main types of clients I work with are small businesses, creatives, and artists who need clean, stylish and updatable portfolios and websites, but who lack the time or experience to create their own.

I specialized in streamlining smaller projects that were below the typical budget that a full Funkhaus web site build would cost. By retaining these types of jobs, clients had access to my experience using Squarespace and in turn, I had access to the Funkhaus design team, aesthetic, and knowledge.

Education
University of California, Berkeley [2006-2012]
I graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelors of Science from the College Of Natural Resources. I completed my major in Conservation and Resource Studies (CRS) which is an interdisciplinary program designed for students interested in environmental issues and areas of interaction among natural resources, population, energy, technology, societal institutions, and cultural values.
My thesis was on genetically modified organisms and the social and practical implications of intellectual property and patents on biological materials.
